afb offers vendors solutions for the digitalisation of proposal and sales processes

According to a recent survey conducted by the market-research organisation Bitkom Research among more than 1,000 consumers, online financial products continue to offer great potential. Seven percent of respondents have already concluded loan agreements online and a quarter are considering doing so in the future. Insurance products yield a similar picture. The administration function enables the management of object, location and financing data. The consumer can subsequently access the current stock via the vendor’s website or comparison portals. In addition the Fast Integration Business Service „Retail Calculation Portal Snippet", provides an integrated dialogue platform for the creation of binding leasing, financing and service proposals. The consumer calculates the price of the proposal on the basis of individual parameters such as down-payment and contract duration by means of smartphone, tablet or PC. The customer, object and calculation data are transmitted to the vendor so that he can contact the customer directly and conclude the contract efficiently. Complementary to this the „Capability Calculation Portal Snippet" determines the maximum financing amount that the consumer can afford.

The lightweight and agile afb Fast Integration Business Services can easily be integrated in existing websites and connected with ERP systems by means of standardised, flexible interfaces and surfaces. User-friendly import and export functions, integrated workflows and regulations shorten processing and throughput times. The Business Services are characterised by short development, rollout and test cycles, endowing them with a short time to market.
