Branch office of GE Money Bank optimizes processing of financing business
Munich, 20.04.2007 - Munich-based afb Application Services AG has introduced a dealer system for vehicle financing at KIA BANK in Hanover. The afb Credit Management Solution provides extensive support for the business of the newly established branch of GE Money Bank GmbH Germany.
Approximately 460 KIA sales and trade partners in Germany benefit from the manufacturer system of KIA BANK in Hanover. The brand dealers can apply for purchase financing for new, demonstration and used vehicles as usual via a central web portal. The afb Credit Management Solution supports sales financing for end customers.
"KIA BANK can make quick decisions on financing applications because the afb dealer system accelerates credit approval through automated processes," says Stephan Kasulke, Solution Delivery Manager at KIA BANK. Offers for commercial customers are covered by the afb Credit Management Solution as well as private financing. Product-specific updates can also be quickly implemented in the web-based system with little effort.
Because the afb Credit Management Solution already standardizes numerous processes relating to credit decisions and processing, KIA BANK's system went live at the beginning of April after just three months of implementation.
