Simple and professional design system for all document processes and application areas

  • Flexible and intuitive creation of document templates
    Create CI-compliant document templates easily, intuitively and centrally as a specialist department of the financial services provider using a WYSIWYG designer without programming knowledge.

  • Central resource base
    Existing text passages or document parts can be saved as resources using the building block principle and integrated into other document templates. This ensures that text objects that occur several times can be maintained centrally and do not have to be adapted individually in several document templates.

  • Compliance with corporate design
    Our solution supports over 40 standard graphic formats, which are imported and processed, as well as international fonts and standard color models (RGB/CMYK).

  • Dynamic design of different characteristics
    By using a rule-based language, our Intelligent Designer allows the dynamic design of a document template so that it can cover all document variations. For example, contracts, whether credit or leasing, private or commercial, can be maintained in a central template and then generated.

  • Use of professional design tools
    The functions integrated into the solution allow pixel-perfect design of the document templates. The designer supports an extensive selection of form and field objects. Our "Intelligent Search" function allows dynamic text searches across multiple projects and templates.

  • Version management
    Our solution ensures complete traceability of all changes thanks to integrated version management.

Key features of Intelligent Output Management | Output Engine

Platform-independent generation of documents for all output channels

  • Generating the documents
    The output engine controls the data flow and receives a data record from an external system in the form of an XML stream with key-value pairs and uses it to control the document template required to generate the document. The dynamic values transferred form the document to be generated, which is passed back to the calling system.

  • Output channels
    In addition to returning the document, there are also options for sending (e-mail, fax, SMS), archiving in external ECM/DMS solutions or feeding print or dispatch lines.

  • Print packages for each partner
    The output engine generates all the documents required for the process (such as offers, contracts, checklists) in the respective versions (customer, bank, dealer). For this purpose, corresponding print packages can be created in their administration, which can then also be addressed via the interface.

  • Support for language versions
    The Output Engine, in combination with the Designer, can create any documents in the required languages by centrally maintaining the language repositories.

  • Integration
    The solution enables simple connection to any information processing system via a standardized reference interface and interfaces.
